My trainer had suggested the diet for muscle gain, to begin with. I am 5′ 11″ and I should be around 75-80. I am 70 now and The diet includes a lot of meat every day. He also gave me a vegetarian diet. I am following them alternatively. I am actually seeing results already. Within the first 7 days.. I have added 2 kgs and I don’t think it’s fat. My biceps, triceps, and thighs are tight now. Oh, by the way, in the first 7 days it’s pained a lot. A LOT. I couldn’t even walk properly because of all the body pains.
